Shipping policy
Unless you have previously organised alternative shipping at your own expense, all orders will be shipped via Australia Post, except in the event where this is impractical or impossible, and an alternative courier will be used. In stock items are shipped within 48 hrs of ordering and shipping times are estimates only and are calculated in working days from time of posting not time of order.
We take no responsibility for delays within the Australia post system so please be patient and use the provided tracking number to track your order. Contact us only after you have given your parcel adequate time for general delays by a few days.
Claytons Western & Outdoors and Central West Bowhunting takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items by Australia post. Once an item has left the store it is deemed as order completed but please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help where possible.

The shipping time is dependent on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of Claytons Western and Central West Bowhunting. When Australia Post is the courier used, the shipping and handling costs are dependent on both the weight and the destination. Other couriers may use different methods of calculation.
Shipping and handling costs do not include insurance. If you require this please let us know at the time of order as we take no reasonability for lost or damaged items and replacements in this case will be at your own costs.
Claytons Western and Central West Bowhunting offers free shipping on orders over $250 this excludes cowboy hats, bulky homewares/decor goods and archery supplies such as bows and arrows.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs both ways if an item is wrongly ordered or incorrectly sized.Â
Claytons Western agrees to cover the return shipping costs were an item is deemed faulty or incorrect due to an error of their wrong doing only all other postage costs are liable to the purchaser and payable before items will be reshipped.
